Do you need to talk in confidence? Whatever your age or experience we will listen and support you. Females of all ages can ring and talk to another woman in complete confidence. You can talk to another woman in complete confidence for up to an hour. Many of our calls are from women and young women who have suffered sexual abuse, or who injure themselves as a way of coping with their feelings. If you are more comfortable talking in another language, we have access to interpreters via Language Line. The helpline is staffed by volunteers, who receive full training and support for their work.
