Things that were to be put in version 0.21 of Webster.

Frames. Non resizable, but otherwise working.
Better support for animated GIFs. 0.20 support animated GIFs with the aid of InterGif, but support can be improved as can the drawing of the animations.
JavaScript. Limited support, but hopefully enough for links that open windows etc.
Coloured text, under the control of the relevant tags colour parameter.
