The output can even be made available on the web. Automated Office, or AutoOffice, as it is also known, was developed initially as a bespoke solution to one of our client's needs. It has evolved into an extremely powerful tool to enable small businesses to compete effectively with larger companies. Automated Office builds on the functionality of Microsoft Office 2000, providing automated letter-processing, account management, contact management, help desk and stock control functions from one universal application front-end. Not only this, but it can handle your companies invoicing, reminder letters, and statements, whilst also allowing you to produce and publish details of your products directly to your company web site. Unfortunately, we're still working on it making you your tea!!! Managing product enquires, support issues and complaints can be a major headache for small businesses. Often, you can't afford a dedicated staff to handle these problems, and it is very easy for complaints and enquiries to be lost or forgotten. ArnHelp provides a
simple way of meeting this problem. It allows your staff to simply record
the callers details, nature of the enquiry, and then to detail what steps
they intend to follow to resolve the query. These are then checked off
as they are completed. A simple supervisor function allows you to inspect
which calls are still waiting to be resolved, and also allows you to export
either to a local printer, or to Microsoft Word, full reports about numbers,
types of queries, resolution times, and other useful information. AIS can
