Designing a successful site is no mean task. It requires a good understanding of the technology, a clear picture of what the site is to achieve, and considerable research into the target audience.
All AIS Solutions are designed with these key areas firmly in mind. Not only that, they also come with free domain name ( either Nominet ( .UK domains ) or InterNic ( *.com, *.net, *.org))!!

Our design team includes a Freelance Graphic Designer, with over five years experience working with IT, an Artist, a Senior Developer ( with over six years experience) and a Site Analyst.
Most
graphics you will want to use on your site will be available from existing
media, or from photographs from your company. However, we can also provide
graphic design of logos, collages and other image effects both in-house,
or through the close links we have with Net-Logic
( a collaboration of freelance graphic designers ).
Our Senior Developer takes care of all the coding needed for your site.
He has over six years experience working with the Internet,and is affiliated
to the HTML Writers Guild, and the International Webmasters Association.
All our solutions will work in the current releases of Internet Explorer,
Netscape Navigator, and Opera, unless specifically requested by the client.
What
makes our service unique though is our Site Analyst. Her role appears
quite straightforward, but she doesn't just confide herself with ensuring
the the final solution is clean, simple to navigate, and error-free.
With over six years experience in Education, and with special expertise
in Special Education,she ensures that your site is accessible to the widest
audience possible. For example, she'll take into account the required
reading age of your site, and suggest ways of lowering/increasing it as
required. She also ensures that the site is equally accessible for blind
uses of the Internet.
Once we have been commissioned to design a site for a client, our first step is to research the intended market place, both in terms of the audience, and other companies already operating web sites. We then take this, and the information supplied by the client, and produce a series of template sites.
These template sites are then refined in consultation with the client to determine the 'sight and feel' of the final site. Once this is decided, the content is then added, as well as any special coding that is required.
Once completed, this is then displayed on a server account run by AIS to allow the solution to be tested 'live' by both ourselves and the client.
Once the site has been accepted by the client, the test site is dismantled, and the site loaded onto the destination server, where it is thoroughly tested. Once this is completed, the site and code are then handed over to the client. In addition to this, the site will also be submitted to searchUK.com, Yahoo, Alta Vista, Lycos and Excite free of charge.

Not just commitment to deadlines, standards of work, punctuality and support, but commitment to you and your business. We will always go the extra mile to ensure that any solution we offer meets your needs exactly. If that means that it takes a lot longer to complete the work, then no matter. We quote by the project, not by the hour, so as long as the work is included within the original contract, then such work will be provided by ourselves free of charge.
However, we don't just stop there. Our contracts are structured in such a way that you pay a one-off consultancy fee at the start of the project, and then nothing until the project is finished*.
If you don't like the finished product, then you can just walk away - with no financial penalty!
All our solutions are priced by the hour. However, we work on the basis of how many hours the site SHOULD take us, not the ACTUAL number of hours worked on the site. This quotation is based on the initial specification for the project. Any change to this initial specification that would require additional time to be spent on the project will incur an additional charge.
Unfortunately, the same is not true in reverse. Arnull Internet Services reserve the right to charge the full amount for any project change that would result in fewer hours being required on the project.
To give some idea of prices for a site, a recent 16 page site, in straightforward html, cost a client £960 - which equated to £60 for the initial quotation, and £900 for 48 hours work ( £18.75 per hour ).
A more
simple 8 page site would cost nearer £450. Bear in mind that all
our solutions include the purchase of a suitable domain name
( www.yourname.co.uk or .ltd.uk or .com / .net or .org ).
