The Moray Firth is famous for being only one of two places in Britain where dolphins live in the wild. Like many of the villages along the Moray Firth, Hopeman is well placed for viewing the dolphins. They are often seen in summer swimming along the coastline. |
Although Hopeman is in the north of Scotland, the weather experienced in the area is kept relatively mild by the influence of the sea. The quiet beaches and scenic coastal walks makes Hopeman an attractive village to visit.
