Richard Hutchings Picture Gallery.

Richard Hutchings was on Voyage number 46, Northbound on the Australis in 1974. The pictures below were taken on October 31 at the Motel Barracuda, Acapulco Mexico. He got off the ship there, and took a flight back to Vancouver Canada a week later.

Richard was in Cabin 780, on Main Deck - a grade 4AA13. He mentioned in his e-mail "wouldn't it be something if someone knew these people and let us know their whereabouts?".

Due to a huge volume of questions I am asked, for which often I do not have the information, I have decided to ask that only ex-crew actually write to me please.

I am delighted with everyones contributions, and will occasionally update the Australis web site, using photos/stories etc sent to me. However I cannot answer any more questions.

Thankyou for your sustained interest in the SS Australis Homepage.

Please e-mail me on this link: Contact.
