And to everyone at St Michael's, Macclesfield, from Graham the Rector and the various management committees (who let us have our celebration where we wanted it, in the church itself), via Neil who organised the organisers of the party, through those who stoutly manned (or possibly personned) the bar, those who sorted the tables and chairs from formality to informality in the blinking of an eye, the choir for being superb, dozens of people I haven't mentioned, and especially, very especially, all those friends who make up the congregation of the church who came and packed the pews and had a party in the church to rival all parties, and who made our day something that we shall never, ever forget.
