What will my money be used for?

  • With £11 we can send out 10 free packs of information about self-injury to individuals who self-injure and their friends and family
  • With £9 per day we are able to pay our dedicated helpline volunteers expenses for bus fares, mileage etc to run our very busy helpline. They take 200 calls a month.
  • With £30 we can send out 10 free copies of the Rainbow Journal a vital resource for young people who self-injure. Copies are requested every week by people as young as 12.
