Volunteering Opportunities: Helpline Volunteers and Management Group Members

Helpline Volunteer Opportunities

Can you listen?

Our volunteers at Bristol Crisis Service for Women can...

...they provide a vital helpline service to women who self-injure.

If you are a woman and are 20 years or over, join us and volunteer one evening a fortnight at our busy helpline based in Bristol.

If you have empathy and like listening to others, we will provide full training in listening skills and supporting women in crisis. We can offer an accredited Open College Network course and full expenses including childcare costs. Be part of a supportive network of volunteers and receive regular ongoing training and individual support.

Apply here for more information and to register your interest with us. For your convenience you can send us your application and equal opportunities form by post or e-mail.

Please phone or email me and find out the dates of our next training course(it is a requirement that you can attend all the dates of the course).
