Born in the depths of Bromley in Kent, I was raised there until I was of the ripe age of 28. I started life by making my debut at Burnt Ash Infant School, progressing to Burnt Ash Junior School. It was here that I made one life long friend, who will remain anonymous in this site...I failed my 11+ from a slight technicality, and went forth to Quernmore Secondary School for Boys, but don't look for it on your maps, as it was discontinued after I left in the late 70's. I must of had an effect on the place.
My first work was two weeks of summer work with Chapmans envelopes, who also vacated Bromley when I did. There just isn't anything there to entertain the young crowd. It was awful having to travel to London to go anywhere decent.
