The colour is a brilliant gold, with a nose worthy of the vintage, evoking elegant aromas of hay, lime flowers, as well as dried fruit.

These flavours are found in a well balanced, rounded, taste with a freshness extending towards dried fruit to finish.

A champagne to serve with the meal, perfectly suited to a salmon
tartare, or to accompany seafood dishes.
