The Questions

  1. What is the best way of reproducing the Onion Chutney you get in the retaurants? I normally use paprika,lemon juice,cayenne and cumin ...but it just isn't the same. Presumbably it's bought wholesale .. don't seem to have seen it though.

The Answers

  1. here goes then ( trust me on the ketchup - honest )
    • 1 large onion - sliced
    • 8 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 heaped tsp chilli powder or tsp lazy red chillies
    • 1 tbs Mint sauce
    1. just bung it all in a bowl and mix it all together (use your hands)
    2. put in fridge for 1 hour, then serve :)
