Method

  1. Clean, wash and dry the spices in the sun.
  2. then roast in a dry pan until fragrant.
  3. Liquidise or pound to a fine powder.
  4. Cool well. Then store in air tight container.
Note This curry powder will keep for 4 months or longer if untouched by damp fingers or spoons.
