YUKON BATTERY

The Yukon Motor Machine Gun Battery, also known as Boyle's Yukon Motor Machine Battery was formed on November 6, 1916 and arrived in France on March 28, 1918. I do have info that says Maj. HFV Meurling M.C. (Military Cross) was its commanding officer, it says he was appointed June 14, 1916 and served in that capacity until June 7, 1918 so these dates don't match up with those mentioned above. The Yukon MMGB was aborbed into the 2nd Canadian Motor Machine Gun Brigade as Battery "A". Other info that I have says Battery "C" so I am not sure what is correct.
