A Picture Paints A Thousand Words

That ancient quotation is equally true when applied to a well-produced photograph. In an instant the beautiful fuchsia we are trying to describe with mere words becomes clear to all that see the picture.

Photographing Fuchsias is the most satisfying and rewarding aspect of growing fuchsias. Their shape, form and colour combination must surely be difficult to find anywhere else in the flower world.

It is my privilege to share the pleasure in admiring the beauty and diversity of the Fuchsia. If the picture is a good picture, the image will remain in the mind long after the words are forgotten.
