Outside America, Sweden has the greatest number of American cars per head of population, in part due to the number of American servicemen stationed there over the years, but also because the Swedes just love great cars and are uncannily good at restoring them. Sure, there are some rustbuckets over there too, yet strangely these have an adoring following too, driven by the Swedish "Raggar", who shun all but the bare essentials to keep their mostly American machines on the road. It's nice to see them all still going, whatever they look like, but the car shows are well attended by some absolute stunners, such as the Pro-Street Javelin above at the SARS Euromeet, 1995, and nearly all are daily drivers too.
