After dinner talk by Matt Sutton, Senior Conservation Officer for Pembrokshire will talk about the Marloes Coast Project.
Saturday 8 September
A scenic coach drive to Marloes to see the work being done on heathland preservation.
Coach drive to Picton Castle for a light lunch and tour of the castle and gardens.
After dinner discussion/talk on the field trip to Northern Spain.
Sunday 9 September
The AGM of The Heather Society
A visit to the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
After dinner there will be an "Open Forum", an occasion to discuss any aspect of heather culture that you would like "an expert" to give help with.
Monday 10 September
Conference closes after breakfast.
Total cost of the Conference:
Friday evening to Monday morning £220 per person (two people sharing); £250 single. The cost includes hotel costs, buffet lunches, coaches including tips and all admission charges.
