'Ogmund'

A very unusual cultivar with smaller than normal tri-coloured flowers, amethyst (H1) at the base of the corolla, the rest being pale lavender (pale H3) except for the lobes which are also amethyst (H1). The flowers appear between June and September and as they age, the colour becomes more uniform. The plant has mid-green foliage and a neat compact habit. A seedling found on the Island of Misje, Norway by Eileen Pettersen in 1993 and named in honour of the poet Olav Haüge who wrote 'Ogmund rides home'. Ht. 10-15cm. Spd. 26-30cm.

Schizopetalous salmon (H15) flowers, Jun-Oct, with mid-grey-green foliage. A sport from 'C. G. Best', this is attractive and unusual plant was found by Dick Boer of Boskoop, Netherlands and named after his daughter. Ht. 31-45cm. Spd. 31-45cm.
