 An account of the Special Service Company sent out to South Africa in March 1900. Shortly after their arrival in Cape Town they were detailed to act as escort to Boer Prisoners sent to St. Helena. On their return to South Africa they performed garrison duty on the Cape Peninsula before being sent to Orange River Station for operations against De Wet. They were relieved in June 1901 and arrived home on the 10th July.
