prime objective is to produce materials that are clear, accessible and
meet the needs of my clients and the intended target audience.
To achieve this, I will work with you to develop a clear specification of the tasks to be carried out and will liaise with you throughout the period of the project. I always welcome feedback from clients. Working with you, your staff and/or with my own group of colleagues in the various fields of research and publishing, I am committed to meeting deadlines and working within agreed budgets. In return, I need your co-operation in providing input, information and sign-off as agreed for each project. Mutual trust, respect and openness form an important basis of my work. |
