Alternatively you can print out this Form, fill it in and send it by snail mail to us at the address below.

Postage and insurance is dependent on where you live. If you are paying in a currency other than £s Sterling we add £5 to cover UK bank charges.

Delivery time will depend on the nature of your order and you will be forwarded details as soon as it has been processed. Custom regulations in your home country may require you to pay duty either on entry or receipt of your goods.
