Technics WSA Editor

There have been a lot of requests recently for editors and librarians for the WSA, but unfortunately very few (if any) exist. Some people have mentioned that a collaborative effort might work, so here is my attempt. If you feel that you can improve on what has gone before, then have a go and email it back to me. I will keep all versions available to download.

I've tried to avoid making this an official-looking part of the site until we have something worthwhile!
