Two other children were born, one died at some point.
John was a Brickmaker, Fireman and a Gas Board Manager.
It is not known when he died, altough it is known that he lived in Woodside (Aberdeen presumably) during the 1850's. His movements between 1857 and 1861 are unknown, but he did attend a family wedding in 1861.
