METHODS OF PAYMENT

Methods of payment are as follows:
CREDIT /DEBIT CARDS: VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, JCB, Eurocard. (Orders under £10.00 excluding postage are subject to a surcharge of £0.75)
Until such time as we find a totally secure server please send credit card information via e-mail (in two halves) or if you prefer telephone, fax or mail the information.
CASH (registered post is advised) in UK Pounds or USA Dollars only. Other currencies may be accepted in exceptional circumstances by arrangement.
CHEQUES All cheques should be payable to "A.Horton'" in UK POUNDS (drawn on a UK Bank)
I.M.O. s (International Money Orders) are accepted and should be payable to "A.Horton'" in UK POUNDS ONLY (These are available from Banks, and Post Offices in most countries)

IMPORTANT NOTES!
All items can be reserved for SEVEN days (UK) / FOURTEEN days (Overseas). If you do reserve items, please send the payment within this time, or notify us otherwise, to avoid confusion and possible embarrassment.
We always aim to despatch in-stock goods within 24 hours!
Posting receipts are kept of all parcels sent. We recommend that all goods over £26.00 be insured (Registered). We cannot claim compensation in the very rare occurrence of a lost item, and we cannot be responsible for any uninsured losses over £26.00.
All records are sent in strong, quality packaging and marked ‘FRAGILE DO NOT BEND’
CONDITIONS
The majority of items are 'brand new'. However we believe condition is very important, especially when grading old or second -hand items. We are very careful to grade items, especially records and cds.
If not categorised, records are mint/unplayed. Sleeves are always graded first. Many EX or M records are in fact unplayed, but due to bad storage (prior to us having them!) are never listed as unplayed. All items are guaranteed.
