CONDITIONS OF SALE

Due to timber being a unique natural product that we source from sustainable resources, care is taken to ensure that each product is supplied at the correct level of moisture content. However, a small amount of natural movement does occur due to temperature and humidity changes as seasons pass. This is not deemed a product fault, as movement across the length and width of the boards by a few millimetres is an acceptable natural tolerance.

Mick Jones Timber Ltd. strive to provide a quality product and can not accept responsibilty for excessive movement or swelling due to extreme changes in temperature or humidity from either the presence of damp, leaks, flood, improper storeage of the product or failure to acclimatise the floor prior to fitting.

Mick Jones Timber Ltd. will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to poor workmanship being applied to any of our products.

In the event of faulty or damaged goods being supplied by Mick Jones Timber Ltd., liability will not exceed the cost of replacement goods over those that are deemed defective.
