YOUR PRAYERS, YOUR LOVE, YOUR WITNESS

There are times in our lives, and I've seen quite a few, when the road up ahead seems too hard to get through. But when you've got friends beside you, though the Lord seems far away, He is there within their lives for you, and that's why I have to say.

Your prayers have made a difference in my life; they've given me a peace in the darkest of nights. When it seemed I'd need a miracle to relieve my heavy load, I felt my burdens lift, gently raised by the hand of God. And my fears, my doubts, my sorrows disappear as morning dew, for your prayers, your love, your witness are a gift from the Lord and you.

Your love has made a difference in my heart; it's like a healing balm poured on each broken part. Now forgiven and forgiving, free from all that had me bound, no root of bitterness can spring up to despoil God's ground. And my fears, my doubts, my sorrows ...

Sometimes when God seems so distant, the world much too cruel to bear, I look for friends I can turn too: you are there.

Your witness has made a difference in my walk, filled with sincerity, not just vain, empty talk. And my brothers and my sisters in the Lord you are all my friends, God's special gift to me, keeping me faithful to the end.
