Simply call or e-mail the Admin Referral Worker - Deena Chauhan on 0161-355 3553, or e-mail deena.otr@zetnet.co.uk.

I will need details such as:

  • Name
  • Address
  • A Contact telephone number
  • Age
  • The best time you are available to see a Counsellor

 

Once I have these details I will be able to match you with the next avaliable Counsellor for your 1st appointment
