What
I actually do
- Driven by
the 5 year plan devised in 1997 by Robert Russell and
Ameena Ahmed to meet it's objectives
- To expand
OTR client base (Personal target of 75% self referral)
- Expanding
and enhancing OTR profile
- Utilising
all aspects of the media
- Maintain
current sources of funding
- Applying
for grants from foundations
- Forging
links with commerce and industry for donations and
sponsorship
- The aim to
ensure enough funding to allow OTR to grow and make our
service secure and accessible to the maximum amount of
young people
