This is a shot from the bridge over the Basingstoke Canal. From here you can travel all the way to London by water. The marina hires out rowing boats for the energetically idle and will also hire out longboats for those who would like to travel the length of the canal. There are some beautiful walks to be had along the canal's banks, in both directions.
