Terms and Conditions

  1. Goods lost or damaged in transit: Please notify us immediately upon receipt of goods which are damaged or incomplete. We cannot accept any claims unless notified within three working days of receipt. If a received parcel appears damaged or tampered with please sign to that effect on the carrier‘s consignment note.
  2. Payment: Payment is required with the order and can be made by cheque or postal order. Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
  3. Returns: Goods returned to us for any reason other than under a claim for faulty manufacture, damage in transit or an error in despatch may be subject to a 5% handling and administrative charge. Any return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will reimburse all such costs if the return has occurred for one of the reasons above. We advise customers to take appropriate cover in insuring goods when they are being returned.
  4. Changes to price and specification: We reserve the right to alter price and specifications of goods without prior notice.
  5. Title to goods: Property in the goods will not pass to the customer until all payments due to us have been made in full.
