Overview
P+K Computer Consultants Ltd have developed an interface to the Red Rock FaxNow server and supported email clients.
The application processes word processor documents*, database reports* and spreadsheets* using a single interface.
Designed to save time in the initialisation and routine usage of RedRocks highly featured software, the interface allows connection to existing databases
containing contact data in real time, eliminating the requirement for continuous importing to and exporting from the RedRock phone book. Users can search on existing
data files and fax their currently open document at the click of a button. Multiple sources are supported so, for example, users can swap between a customer and a supplier data source.
Fax details are pre-set to use the RedRock default settings so that users are not confronted with a bewildering array of options for routine operations.
If the data sources include an email field the user can email the document from the same interface - this requires Microsoft Outlook 97 or PMMail email
client software. Support for additional email clients is currently being developed.

£22.00 UKP ea. for the first five users, decreasing to £15.00 UKP per user thereafter.
