To set the Homepage in Netscape 2.02 select Options + General Preferences + Appearance. Assuming patbase.htm is in c:/hypernet, then type in the box:- file:///c:/hypernet/netbase.htm. Alternatively, type in file:///patbase.htm and set the working directory for Netscape to be c:/hypernet using File + Properties from Windows program manager.
