New players are always welcome! We can nearly always use string players, especially first violins and bassists, but vacancies can occur at times in all sections. No audition is required; new players find out for themselves whether they can cope or not! Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings from 7:30pm to 9:30pm in the Community Central Hall, 304 Maryhill Road (just south of Queen's Cross). Subscriptions
- full annual subscription: £55
- students, unwaged, retired: £20
The subscription may be paid in two instalments. Players joining after the second concert of a season pay only half the subscription.
Current Season
The 2006-07 season's concerts will be on 29 October 2006, 10 December 2006, and 11 March 2007 in the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, and 13 May 2007 in Paisley Town Hall.
