New players are always welcome! We can nearly always use string players, especially first violins and bassists, but vacancies can occur at times in all sections. No audition is required; new players find out for themselves whether they can cope or not! Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings from 7:15pm to 9:45pm, normally in the Maryhill Burgh Halls, 45 Gairbraid Avenue (just east of the aqueduct carrying the canal over Maryhill Road). Subscriptions
- full annual subscription: £90
- students and unemployed: £45
Players joining later in the year pay a pro rata subscription.
