Loch Hourn on our 2008 Cruise. We anchored in Poll a Mhuineil in Loch Hourn. This provided good shelter and holding seemed good however the bottom was only shallow enough for anchoring close to the shore so I would not recommend this anchorage in strong or variable winds. However it provides stunning views and a very remote anchorage. The holding was good with sand and clay on the anchor plus a little weed.
