Getting To Waltham

By Public Transport

Waltham is in a semi rural area and the most convenient access is by car. If travelling by train, the nearest railway station is at Grimsby Town, the station being approximately five miles from the village. Buses run regularly from a bus stop outside the train station to the centre of Waltham (Stagecoach bus service, Number 9X), or a taxi can be taken from the taxi rank outside the station.

Coach services also run to and from Grimsby so it is possible to arrive by coach in the centre of Grimsby and then use the local bus service to Waltham.

The nearest Airport is Humberside, approximately 12 miles from Waltham, close to the A18. The airport has its own taxi service or it is possible to call a local operator in the Grimsby area beforehand to arrange a pick up.
