The ‘Scratchcards’ are made with silver ‘rub-removable ink’
and look like large minimalist abstracts with seductive surfaces that suggest
concealed images. The large glazed frames which protect the work are hinged
to allow access and, potentially, scratching. However the frames are locked
and the owner of the work holds the key.
