In theory this is used on the allotment, but in practice there is rarely a clear run on any of the narrow plots to use it. There is a cultivator as in addition to the plough shown here,
Every stage of the renovation was beset with worries, mostly resulting from years of corrosion. In particular the gear box was very corroded, and some force had to be used, along with a lot of lubrication to free it. The reverse gear was the worst.
