GOD AND UNDESERVED SUFFERING
Most of the people completing your weekly questionnaire answer "YES" to the question "Do you believe in God?" Generally, people seem to have in mind a god of love who is both good and powerful without limits.
May I ask in what ways recent events in Bangladesh might, hypothetically, have been different if there were, in fact, a) a god indifferent to human suffering, or b) an impotent god, or c) no god at all?
