There's nothing more important
than the Earthworm
Here's something for you to think about ...
perhaps not now, but save it for later.

You see ... it's the land that will feed your children.
Where do you think land comes from then? That's right - it's the earthworm.

Without them we perish.

Poison the land ... kill the earthworms ... break the chain.

In their search for organic nutrients, earthworms digest soil. It is mixed with the bacteria in their intestines and then deposited as castings, which are an incredibly nutrient-rich humus providing nature with the necessary foundation for sustained growth.
On pastureland earthworms produce over fifty tons of worm-casts per acre, per year.

At the Webfarm, for the past fifteen years, we have been growing our own fruit and vegetables and establishing a permaculture-based ecosystem.
On the home acre it is estimated that we have in excess of a hundred thousand earthworms.
