I'm an Irish Wolfhound/Old English Sheepdog cross, and came to live here in 1988, after a horrible time with some people in Reading.

It's great here ... I get a good run around the surrounding fields every day and have loads of things to check out and keep my eye (and nose!) on. I take great pride in making a lot of noise when visitors arrive for printing work or to use the recording studio - got to make sure they know who's boss.

The ducks and goats I get on with fine ... they live outside the house and know their place, but I haven't been able to suss the cat out, even after all these years. She doesn't seem to do much or have any fun, but sleeps in really silly places all over the house just asking to be stepped on.
The chickens are stupid though. For instance - I love snow - I could play in it for hours. But the chickens just stand there - they can't work it out at all!!
I have a huge nose - I'm very proud of it. It's only about a million times better than humans' noses, and we dogs can smell in stereo.
