Wimbleball Sailing Club is in the Exmoor National Park, Somerset , about 45 minutes drive from Taunton. Take the A358 from Taunton towards Minehead. Shortly after passing Bishop's Lydeard, turn left (under the railway bridge) on the B3224 towards Wheddon Cross. About half a mile after passing the 'Raleighs Cross' on the left the road to Wheddon Cross forks to the right; do not take this fork. Carry straight on (now the B3190). After a further mile turn right towards Brompton Regis; from this point Wimbleball Water Park is sign-posted. From the bridge, across the north end of the lake, go up the hill, at the top turn left. The entrance to the sailing club is the third sign-posted entrance on your left. The rowing club is first turning on the left, sign-posted 'Hill Farm', fishing permits.
