Zet Timer
ZetTimer was written originally for my own private use to keep track of the
"Free" minutes which I used each month.
It assumes an allocation of 600 Zets per month and "uses" zets at a rate of 1
per minute at weekends/evenings and 2 per minute at other times.
For a brief description of how the program works see the ReadMe.txt file
included. (Also viewable via Help when running the program).

program.

reading the ReadMe.txt information and allows use of 'Start' as a run-time
parameter which causes the program to commence timing immediately.
