Dining in the conservatory

Partake of delicious cooking , while enjoying the sea views from the conservatory.

Culinary ingredients are locally grown or collected (as far as possible), and include:

  • organically-farmed sea trout and salmon
  • oysters and mussels from our local Voe
  • locally-collected lobsters, clams and scallops
  • Shetland lamb
  • Yell pork
  • Shetland beef.
