EXERCISE: All our dogs are exercised at least twice a day in three large grassed play areas. (See Photo) In addition, weather permitting, our dogs are lead walked in our beautiful country lanes.
ACCOMMODATION: Each dog has his own individual, large, heated quarters complete with non-toxic plastic bed and thermal blankets...freshly changed each day. The attached run is completely covered and waterproof, so there is no need to put our guests to bed if the weather turns bad. The entire building is completely insulated to ensure your pet's comfort in the hottest of summers and the coldest of winters.
STAFFING: All our full-time staff complete, or have completed, a two-year training programme, covering all aspects of canine care, including: Canine nursing / first-aid, Vaccination control, Administration and control of medication, Dog training, Special diets, Caring for dogs with special needs, Preventative medicine, Cleansing and Hygiene
All dogs are in caring professional hands, if problems should occur they will be dealt with instantly. If, during their stay with us, we feel that your dog is not in the very best health, your own vet will be called in.
With the help of our computer we are able to form an accurate picture of your dog's feeding and general condition, as well as any existing medications and special needs.
FEEDING: Cary Kennels use only best quality dog foods and, to avoid "feeding boredom", the menu changes every day and includes: beef, rabbit, fish, turkey, liver, tripe and chicken. All meals are prepared in a modern, hygienic kennels kitchen.
