How to download the notes:
Click on the link, download the zipped file. Find the downloaded file on your hard-disk and run it to unzip the files. The notes should then open in Microsoft Word or Star Office.
Pay careful attention to the instructions during unzipping!
Some users may experience difficulty viewing some of the embedded images in the above files - double clicking on the image should at least allow you to view it.
