LINEN
AND CLEANING
All towels and bed-linen are provided.
The property is cleaned between lets but should be left clean and tidy
by the departing occupants.
If staying longer than 2 weeks, we can arrange to change the linen and
clean the cottage every two weeks, at a time that is suitable to you.
TELEPHONE & INTERNET
There is limited mobile phone reception in Crovie, but
there is a landline telephone and Wi-Fi
broadband in the property.
There is also a public
phone box in the village, about 75m from the house.
RESTRICTIONS
While pets are welcome, advance notice is required.
This property would probably not be suitable for guests with mobility
difficulties: the closest a car can get to the property is approx. 150m.
There are also several steps up to the front door as well as stairs inside
the house.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Accommodation will be available after 3pm on the date of
arrival and should be vacated before 10am on the date of departure.
Any variation to these times must be agreed before confirmation of booking
is completed.
RENTAL PRICES
The cost of rental is £350 - £450 per week.
Prices include linen, towels and electricity.

Rental is offered subject to availability and following the order in
which bookings are made (not enquiries), so if you would
like to book the cottage please confirm a booking as soon as possible.
A deposit of 30% of the rental is payable on
booking.
BOOKING
Bookings can be reserved initially by fax, phone, post
or email and then by sending us the booking form which can be sent to
you by post, fax or email.
If you book more than 1 month in advance, your booking form should be
returned with a deposit of 30%, with the balance due 1 month prior to
the rental.
Full payment is required if the booking is made within 1 month of the
arrival date.
Payment can be made by:
UK Sterling cheque or by bank transfer.
Please note that our advertised prices may change without notice and
our prices are not subject to VAT.
CONFIRMATION
We send confirmation of your booking by fax, email or post.
Further details, such as directions, will follow by email or post.
Failure to pay the balance may be treated as cancellation and the property
may be re-let.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation every effort will be made
to re-let, but if a new let cannot be found, the following charges for
each week booked may apply: notice of cancellation prior to arrival:
60 days or more 25% charge
30-59 days 50% charge
less than 30 days full rental price
Changes to arrival or departure dates may be treated as cancellation and
re-booking.
KEYS
Arrangements will be made for you to collect the keys on
arrival in Crovie.
DIRECTIONS
Directions to the property will be sent after we have received
the balance due.
