24th June -      updates to smallpond
7th June -      I spotted another Abandoned car on the way to the polling station.
2nd June -      A whole new page added to the China site, of pictures scanned in of the Shennong stream excursion and postcards. Also, smallpond has been split into pages, with some newt photos added..                          
24th April            I added an auto-transaltion service, for experimentation.( just scroll down the main page a little ). It's awful. Lots of pretty flags and strange instructions but seemed promising as the "natural" translations are suppose to take account of grammar. I tried translating into french and instead of translatin "on" into "sur" it bceomes "one" all the way through. The "images of China" pages become "images de Porcelaine" ;-) Don't worry, I'll get rid of it in a while. Please let me know if the other languages work any better.
